I am a leadership and career coach who draws on 35+ years of global corporate experience to help mid-career professionals, executives, and leaders regain confidence, clarity, and steady footing in moments of growth, transition, or uncertainty. My coaching creates a safe, grounded space where clients can reflect deeply, rediscover their strengths, and move forward with purpose.
My work centers on supporting professionals who feel overwhelmed, unsteady, or disconnected from their inner resources. Through a humanistic, systemic, and somatic-informed approach, I help clients navigate complexity with calm intention, strengthening their resilience, presence, and ability to lead themselves and their teams with integrity.
Career Foundation
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than three decades in global corporate leadership roles that shaped how I understand people, organizations, and change. My career spanned strategic operations, pricing and purchasing strategy, commercial and finance leadership, business development, and transformation across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, the Americas, and the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently, I served as Director of Regional Dealer Finance for Caterpillar's EAME region, guiding diverse teams, complex stakeholder groups, and high-impact decisions.
These experiences taught me the importance of staying grounded in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. They inspired the coaching philosophy I use today. My PACE Framework (Presence, Accountability, Continuous Growth, and Encouragement) reflects the principles that sustained me throughout my career and now guide the safe, steady space I create for clients.
